CuZnAl形状记忆合金框架结构减振及其阻尼比计算
Vibration Damping Ratio Calculation of Frame Structure of CuZnAl Shape Memory Alloy
【摘要】 用动态数据采集分析仪对安装在两层框架结构模型上的CuZnAl形状记忆合金进行减振控制试验,并对框架结构减振模型及其阻尼比进行计算。试验结果表明,CuZnAl形状记忆合金可用于框架结构的减振控制,同时明显降低框架结构的振动频率,从而可使框架结构避开共振。安装CuZnAl形状记忆合金后,使框架阻尼比明显增大,根据热处理方式的不同,一般提高5.8倍-26.8倍。
【Abstract】 The experiment of vibration control of CuZnAl dampers installed in a two-story frame model was carried out with dynamic data collector and analyzer.And the vibration reduction model and damping ratio were calculated.Experimental results showed that CuZnAl shape memory alloy could obviously reduce vibration frequency and make frame structure avoiding resonance.With CuZnAl dampers,the damping ratio of frame structure increases distinctly up to 5.8 to 26.8 times in terms of different heat treatments.
