【Abstract】 To discuss the problems of food hygiene after earthquake in order to take coping strategies of food hygiene.The problems of food hygiene after the disaster were summarized by collecting the locale circs,synthesizing analysis,and so on.Many advice such as improving emergency management,strengthening instruction,measuring the locale problems,propagandizing,training and building networks,ect.,in order to prevent mass food poisoning and food-borne diseases,were put forward.更多还原
