【摘要】 根据西安思源学院MBR系统运行七年(2012年~2018年),每年4月1月到5月31日的跨膜压差、阶段产水量、每日产水量和工业透水率研究膜不可恢复污染随运转时间的变化。分别以产水量、跨膜压差和工业透水率的平均值与相对偏差随操作时间的变化情况来衡量影响和离散程度。结果发现MBR系统的阶段产水量以及日均产水量随运转时间先上升再下降。随着MBR膜堆运转时间的增长,膜堆开始有不可恢复污染。因此,七年中,每千m~2膜工业透水率每年平均下降0.45m~3/(d·kPa)。跨膜压差每年平均增长1.12kPa。

【Abstract】 According to the trans-membrane pressure difference, stage water production, daily water production, and industrial permeability rate of the seven-year(2012~2018)MBR system, the change of membrane irrecoverable fouling with running time was studied.The influence and dispersion of water production, trans-membrane pressure difference and industrial water permeability were measured by the variation of average and relative deviation with operation time. The results showed that the period water production and the daily average water production of MBR system increased first and then decreased with the running time. With the increasing of MBR reactor operation time, the membrane reactor began to have unrecoverable pollution. During seven years MBR system operation, the industrial water permeability of 1 000 m~2 meter membrane annually decreased 0.45 m~3 per day per kPa. The trans-membrane pressure difference annually increased 1. 12 kPa.
