固相萃取-气相色谱法同时测定水中的毒死蜱和六氯苯

【摘要】 建立了一种能够同时快速测定水中六氯苯、毒死蜱的方法,利用控制变量的方法对Autosystem XL气相色谱仪的色谱柱温、检测器温度、汽化室温度条件进行选择,前处理条件比较了萃取小柱、洗脱剂的种类以及用量。试验结果表明,该方法测得的检出限分别为0.01、0.03μg/L,加标回收率为83.15%~109.6%,相对标准偏差为3.36%和7.71%,用此方法对自来水中的六氯苯、毒死蜱进行测定,耗时短,精密度好,检出限低,操作简便。

【Abstract】 A method for simultaneous determination of hexachlorobenzene and chlorpyrifos in water was established. Temperature of the column,detector and vaporization chamber of the chromatograph Autosystem XL were determined by methods of variables control. Methods of pretreatment of water samples was determined by comparison of the eluents from extraction column. The experimental results showed that detection limits of the method were 0.01, 0.03 μg/L, the recoveries of standard addition were 83.15%~109.6%, and relative standard deviations were 3.36% and 7.71%. This method could be used to determine chlorpyrifos and hexachlorobenzene in water, which had the advantages of short time consuming, good precision, low detection limit and convenient operation.
