季节冻土区吉图珲高铁东兴膨胀岩隧道保温防冻方法及分析

【摘要】 隧道冻害与围岩中温度分布密切相关,因此掌握隧道围岩温度分布规律是防止隧道冻害的关键。以我国季节冻土区隧道建设发展为应用背景,依托于正在建设中的吉图珲高铁东兴膨胀岩隧道,结合东兴隧道特殊的工程地质与水文地质条件,在传统防冻方法基础上提出了一种改良的保温防冻新方法。通过监测施工期整个冻融循环过程中衬砌—围岩温度场,对比分析了传统防冻方法与改良防冻方法作用下围岩温度场的分布和变化规律。应用数值模拟方法,建立了东兴隧道衬砌—围岩温度场有限元模型,通过现场监测结果验证模型的有效性。进一步结合延吉地区东兴隧道当地气温预测运营期膨胀岩隧道围岩温度场分布,研究表明:运营期改良防冻方法比传统防冻方法具有更好的保温防寒作用。该研究可以作为季冻区隧道冻害防治措施的重要参考依据。

【Abstract】 The frost damages in tunnel are closely related to the temperature distribution of surrounding rock. So it is the key to obtain temperature distribution of surrounding rock to prevent the frost damages in tunnel. This proposal is motivated by the development of the tunnel construction in cold regions. By relying on the construction of Dongxing swelling rock tunnel at the Jilin-Tumen-Hunchun high-speed railway,a proposed improved thermal insulation and anti-frost method based upon the traditional anti-frost method was developed,which is combined with the special engineering geological and hydrological conditions of this tunnel. The temperature field of lining-surrounding rock during the whole freeze-thaw cycle during the construction period is monitored on site,which provides a reference for comparison with the results of distribution and variation of temperature field in surrounding rock obtained from the traditional anti-frost method and improved thermal insulation and anti-frost method. Based on the numerical method,a finite element model of temperature field of lining-surrounding rock for the Dongxing swelling rock tunnel was established. The validation of this numerical modeling was verified by field measurement. With the temperature field distribution during the simulated operation period in Yanji,it is concluded that the improved frost prevention method has better thermal insulation and frost protection than the traditional frost prevention method.The conducted study provided useful help toward the process of prevention and control of frost damage in tunnel in seasonally frozen region.
