多层砌体房屋二次地震震害评估模型研究

【摘要】 为了合理地评估双震型地震中多层砌体房屋建筑的震害,采用统计分析的方法,对具有典型双震型地震特征的3次地震中得到的多层砌体房屋的震害数据进行了统计回归分析,得到了多层砌体房屋结构的二次地震震害评估模型。单独选取了2003年鲁甸地震中的多层砌体房屋震害数据对模型进行了检验,初步验证了模型的可靠性。该模型可用于判别和评估确定的震情趋势下一次地震中的受损房屋是否可正常使用,并可给出二次地震后砌体房屋的震害情况。

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the double earthquake-type seismic damage to multistory masonry building reasonably,the corresponding evaluation model was proposed by use of statistical regression analysis and based on seismic damage data of the buildings in 3 earthquakes with typical double earthquake-type characteristics. The security of the model was verified preliminarily using the seismic damage data of multistory masonry building from the Ludian earthquake in 2003. The model can be used to distinguish and assess whether the damaged building can be used normally in a confirmed earthquake trend,as well as to obtain the damage situation of the multistory masonry buildings after two earthquakes.
