基于影像解译的住宅建筑群体震害预测方法

【摘要】 提出了住宅群体建筑震害预测的影像解译法,利用遥感图,通过影像识别方法采集工作区住宅的统计数据,简化了采集数据的复杂性,节省了时间,满足统计数据的精度要求。在快速采集数据的基础上,合理地选取可用的同类住宅历史地震易损性曲线,构建了住宅建筑群体震害预测影像解译法。研究成果曾在国家社会服务工程城市数据采集中得到了应用,取得了良好效果。

【Abstract】 An image explanation method of predicting earthquake damage for housing buildings is presented in this paper.Statistic data of the housing buildings in the working zone were collected using remote sensing maps and the method of image explanation,which simplified the complexity of data collection process,saved the time and at the same time satisfies the accuracy demand of the data.Based on the quickly collected data and the historical earthquake vulnerability curves of the same type housing building group,an image explaining method for predicting earthquake damage of the housing building groups was structured.The research results had been used for urban data collection in the project of state seismological community service,and have received good feedback.
