【摘要】 震后灾区应急物资的敏捷保障是应急救援的关键,为了在地震灾区快速配送应急物资,构建了包含救灾物资储备库、应急物资配送中心及受灾点3层结构的应急物资敏捷保障体系,建立了相应的以总时间最短为目标的应急物资运输-配送模型。根据该模型的特点,提出了一种基于节约里程法和网络流算法的改进蚁群算法,实例分析表明了该模型和算法的可行性和合理性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agile security for urgent relief provisions is the key to disaster relief operations.To allocate the urgent relief provisions as soon as possible,a three-layer agile security system including relief warehouse,relief distribution center,and affected areas was developed,and an urgent relief transport-distribution model aiming at the shortest operation time was established.Based on the characteristics of the model,an improved ant colony algorithm based on saving method and network flow approach was proposed.Results of an example show the feasibility and efficacy of the proposed model and the algorithm.更多还原
