【摘要】 2013年4月20日8时02分,四川省雅安市芦山县发生了7.0级地震,震中位于30.3°N,103.0°E,震源深度13 km。基于最新的四川省公里格网地震应急基础数据库,结合中国地震局地球物理研究所震后第2天提供的地震动预测图ShakeMap,对芦山7.0级地震的直接经济损失进行了快速评估。给出了不同破坏等级的建筑物面积分布图和直接经济损失分布图,并计算了地震动图6度区以上范围内受灾人口、各破坏等级建筑物破坏面积和损失情况,取得了良好的效果。建议建立全国基于公里格网的地震应急基础数据库,并在今后的地震应急工作中推广使用这一震害损失快速评估方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 At 2013-04-20 T 08:02,an MS7.0 earthquake shook Lushan County,Sichuan Province.Its epicenter is located at 30.3°N and 103.0°E,with focal depth 13km.Based on the latest earthquake emergency basic kilometer grid database of Sichuan Province,combined with Shakemap released by the Institute of Geophysics,China Earthquake Administration on the next day after the earthquake,a fast economic loss assessment was implemented.The map of different damage levels’ building area distribution and direct economic loss distribution were given.Then the number of affected population,the area of different damage level buildings and direct economic loss in the range VI-above region predicted by Shakemap were calculated,and the assessment has resulted in good effects.It is advised that basic kilometer grid database for earthquake emergency be established all across the country for the use of future earthquake emergency work.更多还原
