【Abstract】 Villages and small towns are the weakest points in the disaster prevention system in China,and thus are most vulnerable to disasters.This paper discusses types,functions,sizes and servicing scopes of emergency shelters in villages and small towns in China,as well as the allocation of disaster prevention facilities and other technical indexes and requirements for the planning of emergency shelters.It is hoped that such discussions will provide a constructive reference to planning and construction of emergency shelters in villages and small towns.更多还原
