【Abstract】 The method of the consumption index of material and labor was utilized to analyze the unit cost change of buildings rehabilitation caused by price fluctuation of materials,labor and machinery.The unit cost change of rehabilitation of masonry,frame and frame-shear wall structure is illustrated based on statistics of 35 typical buildings.The results may give a reference to assessment of funds for post-earthquake rehabilitation of buildings.更多还原
