【Abstract】 The development of social and economic in China is rapid, which promotes the process of urbanization and industrialization, but this process has also brought severe negative impact, and has attached great attention from the society and even the government. At the same time,resources and environment restrict economic development, which requires us to constantly innovate environmental monitoring technology.
