基于三维数值模拟的柳港泵站肘形进水流道优化设计

【摘要】 传统肘形进水流道设计采用经验设计方法,难以定量比选最优方案。以柳港泵站肘形进水流道优化设计为目标,通过改变流道顶板仰角和流道出口段高度,拟定五个设计方案,采用基于CFD的三维数值模拟方法分析流道内部流场,根据流道出口断面的流速分布均匀度、流道出口断面的速度加权平均角度和流道水力损失等参数比选,优选出最优方案。本文为进水流道设计提供了更精细的优化手段,弥补了传统经验设计方法只能定性分析的不足,得到的最优设计方案已被实际工程采纳,可供类似工程参考。

【Abstract】 The traditional design of elbow inlet channel adopts empirical design method, which is difficult to quantitatively compare and select the optimal scheme. Aiming at the optimization design of elbow inlet channel of Liugang Pumping Station, five design schemes are worked out by changing the elevation angle of the roof of the channel and the height of the outlet section of the channel. The flow field in the channel is analyzed by CFD-based three-dimensional numerical simulation method. According to the uniformity of velocity distribution at the outlet section of the channel, the weighted average angle of velocity at the outlet section of the channel and the hydraulic loss of the channel, the parameters are optimized. The best scheme is chosen. This paper provides a more refined optimization method for intake channel design, which makes up for the deficiency of traditional empirical design method that can only be qualitatively analyzed. The optimal design scheme obtained has been adopted in practical projects, and can be used as a reference for similar projects.
