基于干扰力反演的某闸门油缸减振处理分析

【摘要】 某大型抽水蓄能电站尾水事故闸门在脉动水流作用下产生悬挂振动,导致其上部启闭机油缸产生强迫振动。根据现场检测结果和有限元仿真计算首先反演出油缸干扰力的幅值,结合动力学基本原理提出一个较为合理的减振处理方案,并根据有限元仿真计算对该工程方案的减振效果进行预估。从减振方案实施后的检测结果,可以看出该方案取得了良好的工程减振效果,说明提出的干扰力反演计算方法是正确的,制定的减振方案是可行的,对类似工程问题的处理提供了有益的参考。

【Abstract】 Because of the pulsating flow,a tailrace emergency gate of a large pumped storage power station generates the suspension vibration,causing the forced vibration of the gate upper hoist cylinder.Based on field test results and the FEM simulation calculation,performances cylinder exciting force amplitude at first,the fundamental principle of dynamics puts forward a reasonable damping treatment program,and assesses the effect of vibration reduction according to the FEM simulation calculation.From the test results after the vibration reduction measure,it can be seen that this method has obtained the good effect of vibration engineering,which shows that this paper puts forward the calculation method of the inversion of exciting force is right,for vibration reduction scheme is feasible,for similar engineering problems of processing serves as a beneficial reference.
