【摘要】 基于乡村振兴战略视角,构建包括产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效和生活富裕五个维度的农业农村现代化系统评价指标体系。基于2007—2017年山东省17地市面板数据,运用熵值法和熵权TOPSIS方法,对山东省农业农村现代化发展质量进行综合评价,进一步利用面板模型,针对农业农村现代化水平及其异质性对城乡收入差距的影响进行实证分析。研究发现:山东省农业农村现代化发展存在明显的区域异质性,革命老区和边缘地市发展水平较低;农业农村现代化水平能够显著缩小城乡收入差距,但其作用随着农业农村发展质量的提高而下降;经济发展水平和产业结构升级对低水平和中等水平地区城乡收入差距的缩小作用较为明显;政府干预对城乡收入差距的调控力不足,金融发展和科技创新水平是未来缩小城乡收入差距的重要工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the perspective of Rural Revitalization strategy, the evaluation index system of agricultural and rural modernization system is constructed, which includes five dimensions: industrial prosperity, ecological livability, rural culture, effective governance and prosperity of life. Based on the panel data of 17 cities in Shandong province from 2007 to 2017, the development quality of agricultural and rural modernization in Shandong province was comprehensively evaluated by using the entropy method and the TOPSIS method. Furthermore, the panel model was used to empirically analyze the impact of agricultural and rural modernization level and its heterogeneity on urban-rural income gap. The research shows that there are obvious regional heterogeneity in the development of agricultural and rural modernization in Shandong Province, and the level of development in the old revolutionary areas and marginal cities is low; the level of agricultural and rural modernization can significantly narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas, but its role decreases with the improvement of the quality of agricultural and rural development; the level of economic development and upgrading of industrial structure affect the income gap between urban and rural areas in low and medium-level areas. The narrowing role of distance is obvious; the government intervention has insufficient control over the income gap between urban and rural areas, and financial development and technological innovation level are important tools to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas in the future.更多还原
