习近平强化公民环境意识重要论述的丰富内涵

【摘要】 强化公民环境意识,是习近平生态文明思想的重要内容。习近平继承并发展了马克思恩格斯关于人与自然关系基本原理,结合中国特色社会主义生态文明建设的丰富实践,总结世界各国近现代以来生态文明建设的经验教训,借鉴中华优秀传统文化中丰富的生态文化智慧,形成了习近平关于强化公民环境意识重要论述。这些重要论述,彰显了强化公民环境意识的问题导向、精神动力、方式方法、教育内容、主体对象、实现路径与目标导向。强化公民环境意识,是贯彻绿色理念、构建绿色制度、推进绿色行动的基础,关系到中国特色社会主义建设的"加分项",是把建设美丽中国化为全体人民自觉行动的基石。

【Abstract】 Strengthening citizens’ environmental awareness is an important part of Xi Jin-ping’s ecological civilization thought. General Secretary Xi Jin-ping inherited and developed the basic principles of the relationship between man and nature of Marx and Engels, combined with the rich practice of socialist ecological civilization construction with Chinese characteristics, summed up the experience and lessons of ecological civilization construction in modern and contemporary countries around the world, drew lessons from the rich wisdom of ecological culture in excellent traditional Chinese culture, and formed Xi Jin-ping’s important exposition on strengthening citizens’ environmental awareness.These important expositions highlight the problem orientation, spiritual motivation, ways and methods, educational content, subject object, path and goal orientation of strengthening citizens’ environmental awareness. Strengthening citizens’ environmental awareness is the basis of implementing the green concept, building a green system and promoting green action. It is also related to the "sub-items" of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, and is the cornerstone of turning the building of beautiful China into the conscious action of all the people.
