再生混凝土研究现状及研究建议

【摘要】 再生混凝土是利用废弃混凝土加工成的再生骨料配制成的混凝土,它可以实现废弃混凝土的资源化和减量化的处理原则,能起到保护环境和节约资源的作用,该技术的推广应用具有明显的社会效益。通过研读一定量的国内外文献,对近年来再生骨料混凝土技术的研究进展进行对比分析。主要包括再生骨料的生产工艺、使用性能、配合比、变形性能、耐久性、早期强度、结构性能等。研究表明,再生混凝土能够从技术上根本解决废弃混凝土的出路,再生混凝土与普通混凝土存在的差异需要进行深入研究。针对再生混凝土技术问题,分析提出再生混凝土进一步研究所面临的问题。

【Abstract】 Recycled concrete is made of recycled aggregate which is preparation from the waste concrete.The uses of the Recycled concrete not only changing the waste concrete into treasure,but also conform to the "decrement rinciple" in waste dispose.It has a positive effect on protecting the environment and saving resources.The social benefits are significant by popularization and applications of this new technology.Through reviewing many literature from inside and abroad,make the comparative analysis of the research in recycled concrete.This article mainly include Recycling technology for recycled aggregate,service performance,mix ratio and preparation,deformation ability,durability,initial strength,structural performance etc.Studies have shown that recycled concrete can solve the difficult of the waste concrete from the technical.Further study is needed of the difference between recycled concrete and normal concrete.Based on the Recycled Concrete technological problems,we present some problems which need studying further in the field of Recycled Concrete.
