【摘要】 目的:建立HPLC法同时测定给喜古讷-6中芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法Welchrom C18色谱柱(4.6mm×300mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(68∶32)为流动相,流速1mL·min-1,检测波长254nm,柱温40℃。结果:5种成分在各自范围内均呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.9991);平均加样回收率95.73%～102.91%,RSD 1.3%～1.6%。结论:高效液相色谱法灵敏度高,该实验方法简便快捷、重现性好,为完善蒙药给喜古讷-6汤的质量控制提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:HPLC method was established for simultaneous determination of Geixigune-6,Aloeemodin,Rodin,Emodin,Chrysophanol,Physcion. Method:High performance liquid chromatography was performed by Welchrom C18 column(4.6 mm×300 mm,5μm)The aqueous solution of methanol 0.1% phosphoric acid(68∶32) was used as the mobile phase,The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1.The detction wavelength was 254 nm,and the column temperature was 30℃. Result:The five components showed good linear relationship in their respective range(r ≥0.9991). The average recovery was 95.73% ～102.91% RSD 1.3% ～1.6.Conclusion:High performance liquid chromatography has high sensitivity,this experimental method is simple and fast,with good reproducibility,accurate and reliable results,providing a scientific basis for improving the quality control standard of Mongolian medicine for Geixigune-6 decoction.更多还原
