【摘要】 目的分析唐山市截瘫患者应对方式和社会支持现状,探讨截瘫患者应对方式和社会支持的相关性。方法采用应对方式量表(CSQ)和社会支持量表(SSRS)对唐山市130名截瘫患者进行调查。结果①唐山地震截瘫患者倾向于使用成熟型应对方式,男性更多地使用解决问题的应对方式(t=2.144,P=0.034),而女性更多地使用退避的应对方式(t=2.061,P=0.042);②不同婚姻状况的截瘫患者在幻想(F=2.851,P=0.041)和合理化因子(F=4.284,P=0.007)得分差异有统计学意义。③自责、求助和合理化因子与社会支持总分显著相关。结论社会支持越高的唐山地震截瘫患者越少使用自责和合理化等不成熟应对方式,而越多地使用求助等成熟型应对方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the status of Tangshan city paraplegia patients’ coping styles and social support,study the correlation between them.Methods Total 130 paraplegic patients in Tangshan city were investigated by using CSQ and SSRS.Results The paraplegia patients tended to use the mature coping styles,compared to women,men used more problem solving coping style(t=2.144,P=0.034),while the women used more avoidance coping style(t=2.061,P=0.042).The paraplegia patients with different marriage status were different in the dimension of fantasy(F=2.851,P=0.041)and rationalization(F=4.284,P=0.007).There was a significant relation among social support and self-blaming,resort and rationalization.Conclusion The more social support for patients with paraplegia and less use of self-blame and rationalization of immature coping styles,and the increasing use of assistance and other mature coping styles.更多还原
