【Abstract】 The basic connotation of an ecologically safe society includes:"ecological security"is a legal concept with specific meanings,and the content of an ecologically safe social framework is very rich. The founder and core driving force of ecologically safe society construction is the Communist Party of China. An ecologically safe society is the development of the Marxist scientific view of nature.
