基于突变级数法的振动压路机选型方法

【摘要】 基于突变理论,提出了振动压路机选型的突变级数法。首先对评价目标进行多层次分解及数据的归一化处理;然后构建突变模糊隶属函数,并计算突变模糊隶属函数值;最后计算总突变级数值,据此对振动压路机进行优选。研究表明,该方法可靠性高、客观性强,为工程实践提供了一条新思路。

【Abstract】 Based on catastrophe theory,catastrophe progression method of selecting vibratory roller was presented. The multi-level objects were analyzed and standard quantization of assessment indices was performed. The catastrophic fuzzy affiliated function was constructed and the values were calculated,and the ultimate catastrophe progression values were calculated,which can be used to select vibratory rollers.The study shows that catastrophe progression method has practical value in the selection of vibratory rollers.
