注浆工艺在采空区路基抗变形治理中的应用

【摘要】 为了保证采空区道路的整体性、稳定性和抗变形能力,通过对煤田采空区注浆工艺的研究,确定了施工中注浆孔的布置形式、注浆施工顺序、注浆施工控制参数和注浆结束标准,以及注浆效果的检查方法。重点介绍了自下而上分段纯压式注浆施工工艺和孔口封闭纯压式注浆施工工艺,很好地指导了煤田采空区预留煤柱段路基抗变形注浆治理工程的施工。

【Abstract】 In order to assure the integrity,stability and anti-deformation ability of the road in goaf,the layout of grouting holes,grouting orders,control parameters,grouting completion standard and examination of grouting effect were determined by researching grouting technology for goaf in coal field.Construction technologies of grouting from bottom to top and grouting with close holes were introduced,which guided the grouting construction for resisting deformation of subgrade in reserved pillar section of goaf in coal field.
