【摘要】 目的:探索自立人格与创伤后一般心身症状、创伤后应激障碍症状的关系。方法:采用青少年学生自立人格量表、事件影响量表修订版以及症状自评量表的三个分量表对汶川地震灾区的336名高中生进行调查。结果:①人际自立特质与创伤后应激障碍症状以及多数一般心身症状呈负相关(P<0.05);②创伤后应激障碍症状以及一般心身症状的阳性组在多数人际自立特质上的得分低于阴性组(P<0.05);③部分个人自立特质与三种一般心身症状呈负相关(P<0.05);④一般心身症状的阳性组在部分个人自立特质上的得分低于阴性组(P<0.05)。结论:人际自立可能是创伤后应激障碍症状和创伤后的一般心身症状的保护性人格因素;个人自立可能是创伤后的一般心身症状反应的保护性人格因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the relationship between self-supporting personality and post-traumatic symptoms responses.Methods: Self-Supporting Personality Scale of Adolescent Students(SSPS-AS),Impact of Event Scale-Revised(IES-R),and three subscales of Symptom Check List 90(SCL-90) were administrated to 336 senior middle school students in Wenchuan earthquake area.Results: ①Most interpersonal self-supporting traits were negatively correlated with PTSD symptoms and the three psychosomatic symptoms(P<0.05).②Scores of most interpersonal self-supporting traits of positive group of PTSD symptoms and the three psychosomatic symptoms were lower than those of the negative group(P<0.05).③Some personal self-supporting traits were negatively correlated with the three psychosomatic symptoms(P<0.05).④Scores of some personal self-supporting traits of positive group of PTSD symptoms and the three psychosomatic symptoms were lower than those of the negative group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Interpersonal self-supporting may be the protective personality factor of post-traumatic symptoms responses.Personal self-supporting may be the protective personality factor of general body and mood symptoms responses after trauma exposure.更多还原
