软基沥青路面公路的超载损伤机理及预防

【摘要】 通过在长江三角洲地区主要道路上选取对省际和区域内交通有代表性的段落进行车型组成及施荷参数的调查以分析超载超限运输以及与路面相关的各种主要特征,提出了路面设计应适应这些特征变化的调整方案。考虑道路超载的实际情况,利用有限元软件对软土地区沥青路面的路面结构进行了建模计算。通过建立二自由度汽车动力学模型分析了车辆在路面不平度作用下对路面的动载荷变化情况。介绍了地质雷达在软土地区沥青路面道路病害检测中的应用并给出了一些典型的波谱图片。通过对长江三角洲地区道路及市区道路早期破坏现象的分析,探讨了车辆超载对路面设计的影响并导出了适用于重载交通的相关设计参数。

【Abstract】 To find out the characteristics of overloaded freight,an axle load survey on the representative highways in the delta of Yangtze River is made.On the basis of its result,the design process of heavy duty pavement is discussed.Considered the road overload situation,we carry on the modeling computation to the highway pavement structure by using finite element software.A two-degree of freedom vehicle dynamic model is deduced.The virtual excitation method and the high precision direct integration scheme are employed to calculate the vehicle dynamic load acting on road under pavement roughness.This paper briefly introduces the theory of the ground-penetrating radar method,discusses the application of the geological radar in the detection of the highway disease and finally analyzes the cause of the geological disaster formation.Through analysis of early failure of highway at the delta of Yangtze River,based on the observation result with axle load testing equipment,the influence of vehicle overload on pavement design is analyzed and the design parameters applicable for heavy traffic are educed.By analyzing the character of overloaded vehicles,a suitable contact model between overloaded freight and asphalt pavement was established.
