多模腔中无极灯布局对紫外光辐射效能影响仿真研究

【摘要】 为提高微波无极灯光氧设备对工业恶臭气体的处理效能,本文设计了一种多模谐振腔体,并仿真分析了灯管在谐振腔体中位置变化对灯管内激发态原子Hg63P1、Hg61P1摩尔浓度的影响。通过COMSOL软件对微波等离子体进行多物理场仿真,得到了一种能够产生高Hg63P1、Hg61P1摩尔浓度的无极紫外灯布局,为微波无极灯光氧设备的设计提供理论指导。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the treatment efficiency of the photooxygenation equipments with microwave electrodeless lamps for industrial malodorous gas,a multi-mode resonator was designed.The influence of lamp distribution in resonator on the molar concentrations of excited state atoms Hg63 P1 and Hg63 P1 was simulated and analyzed.By means of the multi-physical field simulation for microwave plasma by COMSOL software,an electrodeless UV lamp distribution with high molar concentrations of Hg63 P1 and Hg63 P1 was obtained,which provides theoretical guidance for the design of the photooxygenation equipments with microwave electrodeless lamps.
