先兆漏失诊断——钻井液漏失控制的一个关键
Portent Diagnostic of Mud Loss——Key to Mud Loss Controlling
【摘要】 以往钻井液漏失机理及漏失控制技术研究被较多关注,而漏失监测及短临诊断方面的研究未予以足够重视,缺乏针对钻井液漏失过程的阶段分析。提出了"先兆漏失"新概念,以缝洞性碳酸盐岩为例,从潜在漏失层地质特征、不同漏失类型的发生机理及漏失特征、现场录井技术方面,探讨了井漏发生征兆及漏失监测,勾画了先兆漏失诊断研究的基本框架。分析表明,漏失层裂缝参数变化、钻井液漏失动态分析、随钻漏失实时监测技术是实现先兆漏失诊断的关键。亟待研究漏失发生过程中的裂缝参数变化理论,运用微震技术监测井下岩石破裂与裂缝扩展,发展智能化的随钻漏失数据实时监测系统,完善先进的先兆漏失诊断理论与技术框架。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the concept of "portent of mud loss" is proposed, for instance, in fractured/caved carbonatite reservoirs, the geologic features and mechanisms of different loss types, and the site logging technologies, are synthesized to analyze the portent diagnostic of mud loss. It demonstrates that the key points of implementing portent diagnostic to loss are the parameter variation of fractures in leakage zones, dynamic analysis of mud loss and real-time monitoring of mud loss. It is indicated to enhance the theories of fracture parameter variation in the process of mud loss, to monitor the rock fracture and fracture expansions with the micro-seismic technologies, to develop the intellectualized system monitoring mud loss simultaneously, and improve the superior framework of portent diagnostic of mud loss.
