SDJR胶乳水泥浆体系研究

【摘要】 通过室内实验研究,研制出了SDJR胶乳水泥浆体系,并对SDJR胶乳常规物性、水泥浆流变性、抗压强度、抗折强度和防气窜性能进行了评价。结果表明,该水泥浆具有低失水、直角稠化和良好的流变性等特点,同时,形成的水泥石抗弯曲变形能力强,柔韧性好。SDJR胶乳水泥浆体系的防气窜模拟实验进一步表明该体系具有较好的防气窜效果,能有效解决现有的气窜问题。

【Abstract】 A novel latex slurry of SDJR was developed. The conventional physical properties, rheological properties, compressive resistance, tensile strength and channeling controlling ability were evaluated. The results showed that the slurry had low filtrate loss, right angle thickening and presents favorable rheology. The solidifying cement had strong bending resistance and better flexibility. Simulated tests results of channeling controlling showed that SDJR latex slurry could control or avoid channeling effectively.
