【摘要】 目前学术界对大病保险制度的研究已取得较为丰硕的成果,但大病保险制度依旧面临着制度定位模糊、筹资来源不稳定、补偿方案不精准、商业保险机构承办大病保险未能发挥其专业优势等问题。为解决上述问题,通过综合学术界的众多观点,对大病保险的制度定位、筹资机制、补偿机制、运行机制进行文献综述及述评,拟使大病保险制度的理论内涵、实践困境、建设路径更加清晰明朗。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,the academic circles have made fruitful achievements in the study of the serious illness insurance system,but the serious illness insurance system still faces such problems as vague orientation of the system,unstable sources of financing,inaccurate compensation schemes,and the failure of commercial insurance institutions to give full play to their professional advantages in undertaking serious illness insurance. In order to solve the above problems,this paper synthesizes many viewpoints of academia and reviews the literature on the system orientation,financing mechanism,compensation mechanism and operation mechanism of major illness insurance. So that to make the theoretical connotation,Practical Dilemma and construction path of the major illness insurance system clearer.更多还原
