【摘要】 骨筋膜间室综合征,发生于地震、战争和开采、装运意外伤等突发性事件的伤员中。特别是地震中此征发病率达到地震伤员比例的3%～20%,在高层建筑倒塌的受伤者中,发生率高达40%。而此征又是创伤骨科领域中最严重的并发症之一,若就诊不及时、处理不正确很容易导致急性肾功能衰竭、截肢甚至死亡。本文结合近几年来的资料报道及学术观点,对该征的预防与护理作一综述。以提高处理的正确性、有效性,降低发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Osteo-fascial compartment syndrome (OFCS) occurs at earthquake,war and calamity accidents of exploitation or shipping as a sudden trauma.In earthquake,especially,the incidence rate is 3%-20% in all wounded patients,it is up to 40% at high-rise collapse accidents.It is one of the most serious complications of the skeletal trauma.It will induce AFR(acute renal failure),AMP(amputated extremity) or even death without early and correct treatment.OFCS is reviewed in this paper about its prevention and nursing,combined with correlative data,reports and technical views in recent years,for the purpose of improving the correctness and validity of the treatment,and reducing the incidence rate.更多还原
