【Abstract】 Rural collective farmland entering market is one of the three major rural land system reforms in the new era, currently conducting local practice exploration. For the use of farmland and county development, the pilot project of "farmland entering market" is a new opportunity. Taking D County in Zhejiang Province as an example, this paper discusses the multi-dimensional games between policy discourse and policy practice of "farmland entering market", and proposes that "farmland entering market" will help open up the land use space in the new era of rural revitalization, and also help promote new development of the county.更多还原
