【摘要】 基于智慧河长制的水利信息化服务平台,包括物联感知、网络传输、河长制数据中心、智慧河长制等四个层面,并以信息安全体系、标准规范体系和工作机制为保障,为省、市、县河长办以及水利、环保、农业等部门及公众提供服务。对于完善水治理体系、保障水安全等具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 The water conservancy information service platform based on the intelligent river chief system, including IOT perception, network transmission, data center of rive chief system and intelligent river chief system, serves the river chief offices in the provinces, cities and counties, and departments of water conservancy, environmental protection and agriculture based on the safeguard of information security system, standard specification system and working mechanism. It is of great significance to improve water governance system and ensures water security.
