现有建筑的抗震加固和节能改造一体化研究——以玻化微珠保温砂浆系统为例
Integration Reconstruction of Earthquake Proof and Energy Conservation for Existing Buildings
【摘要】 以杭州郊区20世纪90年代至今的混凝土结构建筑为调研对象,发现大量建筑需要抗震加固,其墙体同时需要外装饰层的重新施工.基于抗震加固和节能改造的综合效益,认为宜采用抗震加固和节能改造一体化施工.并以采用改进的玻化微珠砂浆系统为例,对建筑抗震节能一体化进行了简单归纳和总结,对今后抗震加固的设计和施工具有一定的指导意义.
【Abstract】 According to the survey of existing concrete buildings in suburb Hangzhou,a lot of buildings are founded to be reinforced seismically and the building facade to be reconstructed with energy-saving materials.For the organic combination of earthquake proof reinforcement and energy-saving,a integration reinforcement both with earthquake proof and energy saving effects is put forward,by adopting glass bead mortar,providing an example for practical problems.
