构造措施与民用建筑的抗震加固

【摘要】 通过对2008年5月12日四川汶川地震发生建筑破坏调查,认为此次系列地震震害较重的主要原因是结构没有按规范建设,包括抗震构造措施不合理、施工质量不高、结构设计不合理、建筑规划和选址不当等.根据震害情况,对许多不按规范建设的民房提出了提高建筑物抗震性能、重新规划地震区划、加固现存房屋等原则性的建议.

【Abstract】 Based on the site investigation and inspection of the resident houses which were destroyed severely by Wenchuan Earthquake,the reasons are suggested that the constructions of the civil architecture built in recent years did not obey the code of the structure,such as unreasonable earthquake-proof measures,unqualified constructing quality,imperfect structural design and incorrect site selection.The principle countermeasures are put forward for resident houses in potential dangers,including the structure improvement of earthquake resistant,the re-planning of earthquake areas and the reinforcing of existing buildings.
