【摘要】 2018年是农房抵押贷款试点的评估总结年。从试点情况看,推行农房抵押贷款的关键是要在确权颁证、抵押登记、司法处置、市场流转等方面做好配套政策建设。温州在这些方面形成了一些典型经验,但在复制推广过程中,需要解决好农村宅基地产权制度问题、失房农户的兜底问题和司法支持及违章农房的问题。如果在解决以上三个问题上取得突破,并获得顶层设计的支持,农房抵押贷款值得推广。更多还原
