底部2层框架砌体加层改造房屋层间隔震加固分析

【摘要】 尝试将隔震支座搁置在底层框架柱和2层框架柱的顶部来加固加层的底部2层框架砌体房屋.对一栋加层的底部2层框架砌体房屋,根据程序特点和研究问题的本质,在ANSYS中建立了无隔震支座、隔震支座位于底层框架柱顶和隔震支座位于2层框架柱顶三种结构.进行了三类结构的动力特性分析.也对三类结构进行动力时程分析.得出三类结构的自振周期和振型.得出在地震作用下三类结构各部分的位移幅值和加速度幅值.算例表明,层间隔震结构可以降低地震反应.因此将隔震支座搁置在底层框架柱和2层框架柱的顶部是可行的.

【Abstract】 For sound seismic isolation of masonry buildings with additional layers,feasible isolation bearing placement is investigated by FEM simulation with ANSYS.For the case of a masonry building with additional layer on the top and two-story frame structure on the bottom,three different placements of the isolation bearing are simulated: without isolation bearing,isolation bearing placed on top of the first-layer column and isolation bearing placed on top of the second-layer column.The effect of position of isolation bearing on structure’s dynamic characteristics and dynamic time history are analyzed.The natural vibration period and the mode of vibration of three structures are given.The amplitudes of displacement and acceleration of all three structures under earthquake were illustrated.The simulation results indicate that the interlayer seismic isolation method can decrease structure’s seismic response.It is workable to place isolation bearings either on the first-layer column or on the second-layer column.
