【摘要】 在我国,基础地质(矿产)调查为政府财政投资的公益性地质工作,其内涵可以从工作目的、资金来源、成果产权以及运行机制等方面加以确定,其中成果产权是核心要素,也是判断境外基础地质(矿产)调查工作的公益性的关键依据。现阶段,我国境外基础地质(矿产)调查工作多为中国地质调查局主导的国家层面的合作项目,交流合作国家的基础地质(矿产)资源等成果。这些成果能够为我国企业在合作国家从事矿产选区、风险勘查、矿业开发等提供基础信息。目前,以中国地质调查局西安地质调查中心为依托的中国-上海合作组织地学研究中心,在地质调查领域已与一些中亚国家开展合作,建立了良好的合作机制,取得了一系列工作成果,体现了境外基础地质(矿产)调查工作服务于国内企业方面的公益性。更多还原

【Abstract】 General geological(ore) survey is a geological work for public interests financed by governmental capital in China, which can be determined by its objectives, capital source, achievements ownership and operating mechanism, of that achievements ownership is the key factor to determine its public interests for overseas general geological(ore) survey. Currently, China’s overseas general geological(ore) survey is a nation-level cooperation sponsored by Chinese geological survey, exchanging geological and mineral resources achievements, which may provide general information for Chinese companies on overseas targeting areas, risk exploration, mineral development. China-Shanghai Cooperative Organization Geological Research Center, in Xi’an Geological Survey Center, China Geological Survey, is cooperating with middle Asia on geological survey with some achievements, marking its public interests of overseas general geological(ore) survey on Chinese companies.更多还原
