温度处理对11种忍冬属植物种子萌发特性的影响
Effects of Temperature Treatment on Seed Germination Characteristics of 11 Species of Lonicera Linn.
【摘要】 采集不同种源地的11种忍冬属植物种子,对其进行不同变温处理的种子萌发特性研究,分析不同种源和温度处理对种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明:新疆忍冬、金银忍冬、金花忍冬等空枝组(赭黄花亚组)类种子适温范围广,在8℃/20℃、15℃/25℃和20℃/30℃环境下均有较好的萌发效果,优于其他亚组;15℃/25℃的变温条件是大多数忍冬属植物种子萌发的最适宜环境温度,其次是20℃/30℃;种子大小与其萌发特性不存在显著相关性。
【Abstract】 The seeds of 11 species of Lonicera Linn.from different provenances were collected,and the germination characteristics of the seeds were studied under different temperature changes,and the effects of different provenances and temperature treatments on the germination characteristics of the seeds were analyzed.The results showed that the suitable seed germination temperature range of L.tatarica,L.maackii and L.chrysantha of Sect.Coeloxylosteum Rhed.were wide,they had better effect on germination under the alteration treatment of 8℃/20℃、15℃/25℃and 20℃/30℃;and had better seed germination ability than other subgroups.The optimal germination temperature for most species of Lonicera seeds were variable temperature condition of 15℃/25℃,followed by 20℃/30℃;There was no significant correlation between seed size and germination characteristics.
