【摘要】 目的观察紫草油对高原地区地震伤员伤口感染的作用,旨在控制与预防地震伤员医院感染,保护伤员生命安全。方法将2010年玉树地震收治的地震伤员中,采用紫草油纱布局部冷湿敷伤口处理的97例伤员设为观察组,以未采用上述方法进行伤口处理的267例伤员设为对照组,回顾性比较两组伤员的伤口感染异同。结果在收治的364例地震伤员中,247例伤员为四肢损伤,占67.8%,其次为胸部、颅脑、腹部损伤,分别占12.4%、8.8%、5.2%;有216例伤员发生感染,感染率为59.3%;以伤口感染率最高为31.6%,其次为手术切口感染为16.8%;使用紫草油纱布局部冷湿敷伤口(含手术切口)处理的伤员中,其感染发生率、平均住院日均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论地震伤员损伤中软组织伤口感染是威胁伤员生命的最主要因素,使用复方紫草油纱布局部冷湿敷伤口,可明显降低地震伤员伤口感染的发生率、缩短伤员平均住院日、无不良反应、使用简便、价格低廉,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of arnebia root oil on the wound infections of the wounded in earthquake of plateau region so as to control nosocomial infections and ensure the life safety of the wounded in earthquake.METHODS The wounded of Yushu earthquake of 2011were enrolled in the study,and 97wounded people who were treated with arnebia root oil for local cold and wet dressing of wound were set as the observation group,while 267cases without the wounds being treated with the above method were assigned as the control group;the incidence of wound infections was retrospectively compared between the two groups.RESULTS Of totally 364wounded people involved,67.8%(247cases)were with four limbs injuries,12.4% chest injuries,8.8% craniocerebral injuries,and 5.2% abdominal injuries.The infections occurred in 216cases with the infection rate of 59.3%;the incidence rate of wound infections was the highest(31.6%),followed by the incidence rate of surgical incision infections(16.8%).The incidence rate of the infections was lower and the average hospitalization duration was shorter in the observation group than in the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.01).CONCLUSIONThe soft tissue wound infection is a leading cause to threaten the lives of the wounded in earthquake,and the use of gauze containing arnebia root oil for local cold and wet dressing of wound can significantly reduce the incidence of wound infection and shorten the average hospitalization duration,without adverse reactions occurring,the operation is simple,and price is low,it is worthy to be promoted.更多还原
