中药防疫熏剂在突发公共卫生事件中作用探讨

【摘要】 目的探讨中药防疫熏剂在突发公共卫生事件中预防医院感染的效果。方法分试验组和对照组,用藿香、青蒿等5味中药组成防疫熏剂,分别对口腔诊疗室、甲型H1N1流感流行期的发热门诊进行动态空气熏蒸,采集与分析熏与未熏样本中菌落数;对"5.12"大地震后人员密集的骨科病房用防疫熏剂进行动态空气熏蒸,监测熏蒸后医院感染发生情况。结果试验组空气样本的菌落数明显低于对照组,经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);震灾后骨科病房的医院感染率与2009、2010年同期比差异无统计学意义。结论中药防疫熏剂在人员密集的动态环境中能杀灭空气中的细菌,预防医院感染发生。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To discuss the effect of traditional Chinese medicine epidemic prevention fumigant on the nosocomial infection during the sudden sanitation event.METHODS The experiment was divided into two groups,experimental group and control group.Epidemic prevention fumigant containing 5 Chinese medicine such as agastache rugosus,agastache rugosus and so on was use to make air fumigation disinfection in oral diagnosis room and fever clinics during H1N1 period.The air samples with fumigant or without fumigant were collected to analyze the bacterial colonies.Dynamic air fumigation disinfection in dense departments of orthopedics was performed after 5.12 earthquake and the infection rate was monitored after fumigation.RESULTS The bacterial colony count in experimental group was significantly lower than in control group,the differences of the bacterial counts was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared the nosocomial infection rate in orthopedics department after the earthquake with the same period of other years,the difference was not statistically significant.CONCLUSION Chinese medicine epidemic prevention fumigant can kill bacteria in dynamic air and prevent nosocomial infection.
