【摘要】 目的探讨汶川大地震受伤患者救治过程中医院感染预防与控制的有效方法,为今后类似重大事件中医院感染危机应对提供管理干预的经验。方法运用PDCA循环在现场快速启动相应管理计划,切实推进干预措施,在实践中不断改进措施,提高医院感染控制水平。结果各项医院感染控制措施得以落实,有效控制了受伤患者救治过程中的医院感染,住院>100例患者均未发生气性坏疽等严重感染病例,也无一例医院感染发生,顺利完成卫生部布置的抗震救灾任务。结论运用PDCA循环进行大地震受伤患者医院感染预防控制工作,是做好汶川大地震受伤患者救治过程中的医院感染预防与控制工作的重要保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the effective process of infection prevention and control by use of PDCA cycle. METHODS By use of PDCA cycle,Quick Start in the field was begun and explore,continuous improvement to enhance the level of hospital infection control. RESULTS The hospital infection control measures could be implemented with effective control of the wounded for medical treatment in the process of hospital infections. More than >100 patients with gas gangrene were not found out serious infections. The mission was successful completed. CONCLUSIONS By use of PDCA cycle,the process of the wounded for treatment of nosocomial infection prevention and control of is guaranteed.更多还原
