【摘要】 近70年来,云南省地质灾害防治与研究不断进步,在这个地质灾害易发高发的高原山区省份,有效遏制了地质灾害的蔓延。该文对云南省地质灾害应急处置、调查(勘查)、监测预警、工程治理及搬迁避让等工作进行了分类总结评价,记述了各项工作的历史,总结了防灾减灾成效及经验,介绍和评价了重要的基础研究和技术创新成果,指出了存在的问题,最后针对存在的问题提出了可行的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The last 70 years or so,the cause of the preventing and controlling of geological disaster is in the constant development and progress in Yunnan Province,China. The tendency of geological disaster worsening has been contained effectively in this mountainous plateau province,which is prone to geological disasters. This paper record and narrates severally the emergency disposal,investigation and planning,monitoring and early warning,engineering control,relocation and avoid of geological disasters in the whole province. The histories of all kinds of work are described. The effectiveness and successful experiences of geological disaster prevention and reduction are summarized. The important basic research and technological innovation achievements are introduced and evaluated,and found out the problems. Finally,some feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.更多还原
