基于数据融合的雷电灾害后电网运行全景可视化建模分析

【摘要】 针对传统方法不能准确获得雷电灾害电力系统运行情况问题,提出一种基于数据融合的雷电灾害后电网运行全景可视化建模方法。采用分布图法对电网运行过程中存在的疏失误差进行有效剔除,并采用算术平均值方法对上述剔除了电网运行疏失误差后的测量数据序列进行一致性检查;以PSD-BPA格式的电网运行方式为基础,建立基于电压等价的电网运行网架简化模型;通过关联关系模型对电网运行全景可视化数据进行融合,形成完整可用的数据集,在建立的电网运行简化网架模型下,形成电力系统一一对应的可视化数据集,并根据相应分配准则将电网运行全景可视化数据分配到PSD-BPA格式的运行方式各个节点上,最终建立在雷电灾害后电网运行全景可视化模型。通过实例分析结果证明,所提方法能够实现雷电灾害后的电网运行全景可视化分析,掌握电网运行中各个配电节点和支路的负载状态,并提出了改善电力系统设备利用率的可行性方案,对电网优化运行提供了有效参考。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem that traditional methods can not accurately obtain the operation status of lightning disaster power system, a panoramic visualization modeling method of power grid operation after lightning disaster based on data fusion is proposed. We use distribution chart method to effectively eliminate the negligence errors in the operation of power grid, and the arithmetic average method to check the consistency of the measured data sequence after eliminating the negligence errors of power grid operation. Based on the PSD-BPA format of power grid operation mode, a simplified grid operation model based on voltage equivalence is established; Fusion of panoramic visualization data of power grid operation by association model can form a complete and available data set. Under the established simplified grid operation model, one-to-one corresponding visualization data set of power system can be formed. According to the corresponding allocation criteria, panoramic visualization data of power grid operation can be allocated to each node of PSD-BPA operation mode, and finally built on lightning. The analysis results show that the proposed method can realize panoramic visual analysis of power grid operation after lightning disaster, master the load status of each distribution node and branch in power grid operation, and put forward a feasible scheme to improve the utilization ratio of power system equipment, which provides an effective reference for the optimal operation of power grid.
