【Abstract】 Firstly,according to the principle of strengthening the seismic capability and the scientific outlook on development of construction two type society,the evaluation index system is constructed.Then,fuzzy integral comprehensive evaluation based on fuzzy measure and Choquet fuzzy integral is constructed and the detailed evaluation method is given.Finally,an application example in neighborhood of post-quake reconstruction proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.更多还原
