【Abstract】 Characteristics,effects and management deficiencies of the application of mico-blog in government affairs are revealed by case studies.Problems existed in application of mico-blog in earthquake departments are discussed,and the corrisponding measures are proposed to make the mico-blog play a better communication effect,to create a positive and active atmosphere of public opinion,and to provide a better serve for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.更多还原
