舟曲之殇的预测反思
Review on Prediction of Catastrophy in Zhouqu County
【摘要】 从舟曲地震台记到的微小地震以及从多因强化的观点讨论了2010年8月7日舟曲特大山洪泥石流灾害的预测问题。
【Abstract】 From the small earthquakes recorded on the Zhouqu seismic station and the viewpoint of strengthening by multiple factors,the prediction problem about the catastrophic mountain torrents and mudrock flow in Zhouqu is discussed.
