基于汶川地震隧道震害特点的抗震设防标准评价及建议

【摘要】 基于汶川地震公路隧道震害调查资料,对《JTJ 004-89公路工程抗震规范》进行抗震设防标准评价。结果表明:现有的抗震设防是偏于安全的;现有抗震设防对于软岩隧道仅能满足设防要求,但硬岩隧道却可以承受更高的地震烈度而不发生较严重的震害;应加强现有设防标准中防治断层错动的规定。对涉及隧道的10条条文进行评价,有5条合适,5条不合适,并提出了具体修改建议。最后提出了断层破碎带段隧道结构、洞口结构和普通段隧道结构的抗震设防建议。研究成果对现行规范的修订以及我国公路隧道建设抗震设防都有着重要的意义。

【Abstract】 Based on the seismic damage survey data of tunnel structure in Wenchuan seismic disastrous area,the highway tunnel anti-seismic fortification criterion of JTJ 004-89 Specifications of Earthquake Resistant Design for Highway Engineering is evaluated.Results show that the existing anti-seismic standard is tend to safety.The exiting anti-seismic standard can only meet fortification requirements to soft rock tunnel,but rock tunnel is able to withstand higher seismic intensity without the risk of more serious damage.The fortification standard should be to strengthen existing prevention and control provisions of fault dislocation.Take evaluation of 10 provisions about tunnel,five of which are suitable,the rest are unsuitable;and put forward specific proposals to modify.Finally,the anti-seismic fortification suggestion about tunnel structure of fault rupture zone,tunnel structure of entrance and regular period is proposed.The research results have important significance to the current code revision and anti-seismic fortification of highway tunnels.
