钢筋混凝土构架式动力基础不良振动检测分析

【摘要】 为查找某鼓风机基础不良振动的原因,用DASP系统对不同工况的动力机组及基础进行了测试分析,主要分析了互功率谱及相位,加速度谱及特征频率。基础三个方向上各测点的互功率谱峰值所对应的相位差不为0°或180°,风机基础的基频为1.12Hz,远小于设备的工作频率,不存在共振现象。动力机组的特征频谱显示低速轴的工频和2倍频都较大,说明加速机转轴存在故障。在检测分析结果基础上,并提出了减振对策。

【Abstract】 In order to find the reason to cause blower foundation harmful vibration,monitoring and analysis are done to dynamic machine groups under different circumstances by DASP systems.Such parameters are mainly studied as Cross Power Spectrum Phase,acceleration spectrum and characteristic frequency.On the three dimension of foundations,The phase Difference between Cross Power Spectrum peaks are not 0 or 180 degree,and the base frequency of blower foundation is 1.12 Hz,which is far smaller than the machine working frequency,resulting in no resonance.The dynamic machine characteristic frequencies show that the working frequency and double frequency are significant,indicating that the accelerating machine shaft has fault.On the basis of monitoring results,the countermeasures of vibration absorption are put forward.
