【Abstract】 The authors make a general account on the 1556 Huaxiang great earthquake and abnormal quiescence of small earthquake activity before the major quake, analyses the severe drought before the quake and the drought mechanism and point out that the study on severe drought occurring before big earthquakes is of practical importance to the current disaster prevention and reduction.更多还原
