【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems of complicated geologic reservoirs, large reserves of heavy oil, lack of supporting facilities nearby this oilfield and poor economic benefits in the LD 27-2/32-2 marginal oilfields in the Bohai sea, a new development mode was proposed for the production and storage platform(PSP). The key technologies of PSP such as the location determination, overall layout, tank capacity design and berthing design of shuttle tanker were analyzed in details, and the reliability and rationality of PSP for its application in heavy oil oilfield development were demonstrated. The new production and storage platform has been successfully applied in the LD 27-2/32-2 oilfields, which provides a new model for the development of offshore marginal oilfields and heavy oil fields.更多还原
