垂直护管水下桩基式井口保护架结构

【摘要】 设计了一种适用于海上边际油气田开发的垂直护管水下桩基式井口保护架。该井口保护架首次采用将隔水套管置于垂直护管内的结构形式、Y型甲板布置结构,结构简单,耗费材料少,海上安装简便,可有效降低海上安装费用和建造材料成本,同时可以防止打桩作业中打桩锤对甲板的碰撞。垂直护管水下桩基式井口保护架已在BZ34-3和BZ34-5油气田得到成功应用。

【Abstract】 With vertical pipe shield and underwater pile-foundation,a protection frame for wellhead is designed for the development of offshore marginal field.This protection frame originates in applying structure of casing pipe in vertical pipe shield and structure of trident deck layout.It has been already applied to BZ34-3 and BZ34-5 fields successfully,since it has the advantages of simplified structure,less material,simplified offshore installation,reduction of offshore installation cost and material cost,and avoidance of clash between hammer and deck during pile driving.
